The concepts are straightforward and simple
The concepts are straightforward and simple to implement as they are presented in a step by step manner. The audible is easy to understand and has some fun projects to improve anyone's life by either establishing exercise on a weekly plan, or improving the quality of that plan.

This audible should work for everyone
This audible should work for everyone--from those who leisurely walk to those who run, bicycle or workout aggressively. The audible is fairly easy, and also a terrific ongoing reference, with lots of good examples. Really helpful.

satisfy
This audible breaks down a complex and (to most) daunting task into well defined and manageable steps. If a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step, this book encourages you to take that first step, and then systematically guides you through the rest of the journey. It doesn’t promise that the journey will be effortless, but it constantly reassures you that it is feasible.

This is really helpful
This is really helpful in stopping me from being so down on myself about my weight. The wonderful aspect is I am completely asleep and don't need to be awake to concentrate on the words or music. I have started seeing myself differently in the mirror after listening to this every night for 2 weeks will definitely continue!!

Really hoped this would be useful
Sorry, but it's drivel. Platitudes and blindingly obvious 'advice' buried in psychobabble. Having a cup of coffee and turning off the internet are good ways to avoid delays? I think we may have been able to work that one out for ourselves. Perhaps another is to ignore this audible?

I love it
This is the only audible I’ve ever given five stars to, and I actually recommend not buying it! What I mean is, it really is meant to be listened to (audible, and iTunes, I believe). I bought the audible because I like the inspirational affirmations she says, especially toward the end. So when I wake up in the morning, I actually skip to the end of the audible, and I listen to them to inspire my day

really great audible
As much as I already have an exercise "habit", as described by the audible, I wanted to learn more about how that "habit" works mentally and physically. This audible is enlightening and provides good strategies for including fitness in everyday life.

lovely
As advertised, this audible taught me how to become an exerciser. When I started, I had never exercised regularly in my life, now I exercise 6 days a week, 6-8 hours a week depending on how I am feeling. I have a lot of chronic illness and pain and I’m still doing this, I never believed I could! I have slipped, but I learned how to manage those slips

This is really a great exercise meditation
This is really a great exercise meditation. I would continue to use this meditation for those reasons. Maybe it won't work for everyone, but for where I am now, it is very helpful.

I listen to this almost every night
I cannot tell you that his meditation helps me a lot to sleep well, mostly I think because of increased exercise and perhaps a little because of increased awareness of what I am doing for my body. Because I have been trying to improve my health using many different techniques, I can't point to this meditation specifically and tell you exactly how much it has contributed to my success. Very helpful.

Mind-body connection for weight loss
This audible gives some excellent tips rather than the typical weight loss work. From the psychology of eating to emotional eating and mindfulness, this book encompasses the whole person rather than just focusing on diet. I especially liked the section on Helpful Tips to Food and Meditation and believe this will be of great benefit.

Helpful guide for emotional well-being and weight
Losing weight has always been such a struggle for me, so I was curious about what information this first audible would provide. It focuses a lot on mindset, which I found interesting and helpful. It advocates mindfulness and the reasons behind overeating. I found the sections on stress eating especially helpful.
