I’ve followed Ben on social media for a couple of years and have always loved his advice on fitness and nutrition, as he incorporates studies and research into everything he says. This book is no different; he layers each chapter in meta analysis and research to delve into every aspect of fat loss. This book truly is the ultimate fat loss advice book.

This book tells you the objective pros and cons of fat loss allowing you to make an informed decision on which method works best for you.

Very good if you’re looking to learn and perhaps begin a fat loss journey if your own. I’ve already a decent amount of weight in the time I’ve been listening to this!
