Initially I thought it was going to be a bit conspiratorial and based on pseudo-science, but not at all.
I'm vegan and have been concerned about oestrogen in soy products for some time -- and while the general consensus is that they're safe, it's interesting to find out that this isn't necessarily the case.
I'm still vegan, but now soya free and already feel the brain fog lifting and my thoughts clearing.
The author isn't vegan however, and as such he points to the dangers of oestrogen in many of the other products we use and take for granted (including dairy, which doesn't apply to me).
It's a tough challenge to avoid all these oestrogen causing substances, but I think it may be worth it.
I'm glad I live in Europe

Estrogenic compounds are everywhere and they re not good for you says the author.
Plastics are a big culprit - stop using them where possible.
Also has an eye-opener on how research is conducted and reviewed.
Excellent book.
