Former detective superintendent Bob Hoon has had one hell of a year.

Simply Brilliant! As always read well by Angus King, he brings the characters vividly alive. This should come with a warning of not listening to it when in public places as I have laughed so hard, have attracted stands looks!

Enjoyed this and it explains the time line between Bob and his encounters with DCI Jack Logan and his team and also more about his sister Bertha. Looking forward to the next one

One too many Santa’s

This and DCI Jack Logan are by far the best series I've ever read. Brilliantly written, fantastic characters, a plot that weaves and keeps you interested. I love the humour and how all the characters bond with each other. Angus King is one of the best narrators too. I hope there will be more of both series?
