as with almost every Hoon book the events would seem totally unrealistic and outlandish if they happened to anyone else, yet JD Kirk has written Hoon so brilliantly first in the Logan series and now stand alone that even the most bizzare seem not just likely but totally plausable!
And as always Angus King brings the characters to life so clearly you feel like you are right there in ever moment!

I love Bob Hoon and have binged the whole series.I wasn’t sure how this one would go,being set in USA but it was hilarious and strangely believable considering what happens. I always buy the kindle and audiobook as it wouldn’t be the same without Angus King I really hope these books keep coming as they definitely brighten up your life.

It didn’t disappoint, from start to finish it delivered every bit of the Hoon I have come to love.
Although I feel I know the character and what to expect from him, it still kept me entertained.and wanting more.
I did not want to stop listening
Outstanding narration, as always.
The only downside is having to wait for another JD Kirk novel.

Hoon is a hoot, it is so well written, playful, with twists and a great get yourself out of yourself story. My favourite 2 characters in fiction of recent years DC Smith and Hoon…..so different but both a joy. Thank you JD Kirk for Hoon
