Selling land as a top land broker in the south is a challenging and fun business. But, dang! Some of the questions we get cause us to just roll our eyes in frustration and disbelief. And it's not just us. I have friends with other companies in other states that feel the same way. It's just hard to take some people seriously when they lead with some of these questions.
This book is not a gripe-fest. I'm not just venting here. The goal is to help you avoid these "eye-rolling" questions if you are a serious real estate buyer and learn how to get some good information if you would ask some things differently.
