For anyone who besides everything, has health anxiety as well, that book is a disaster! It labels all possible diseases that exist and have similar symptoms to the anxiety physical symptoms and if you are as frightened as I am, you might start wondering if you have any of those.
Besides that, the book has many good advice to give, but it is no different than anything else I had listened or read before.
