I loved it and feel inspired to eat healthy and exercise. It is really well written and narrated. It took just only a few hours to change the mindset. Highly recommended this book.

A great listen, easy to understand, but in depth enough to give you a really good foundation for change. I have this and Alcohol Explained, both great sources of knowledge and inspiration. Looking forward to my journey.

this book is a very helpful tool for life in general and made me think about things in a new way. I happen to already have many healthy habits and this book helped me understand them more as well as know where Ive been going wrong until now, why, and how to easily reverse that.

the one thing I would have liked would have been additional chapters on the food that is good for us , to know a bit more about which specific foods do what. the part of this book about that is shorter than I would have liked. otherwise it's great.
