Extremely informative - well explained

Excellent book that explains BPD very well. This book is useful for family and friends of anyone with BPD or even professionals who want a better understanding of the condition better and learn how to engage clients therapeutically. The techniques presented in the book can be used by anyone to work on themselves. The chapter on distress tolerance in itself is an excellent resource for anyone struggling to cope with stress in their life. The PDF of the book is gifted with the audio and also a very worth while resource to refer to.
