A fascinating and detailed listen!

As I struggle with depression, my husband and I has a tough battle with it every day. I wanted to learn and do something that could help us both. I can’t wait to go on the journey with the help of this book and my husband.

The result was just mentioned in the title.
I've been suffering depression for a long time, and it really sucks! It's so hard. So glad I found this book a week ago. It made me realized how precious life is! Now I am in the state of breaking the walls for happiness.

This book is an eye-opener, it has detailed content that makes you understand yourself more. Somehow made me realize that life is short and I must enjoy it. Depression blocks your way to happiness. Complete Guide

Listening to it will quickly give you a complete understanding of what causes anxiety and depression and offers practical tactics that you can use daily until you become better. Not a total cure as mentioned in the summary but when you use this along with your therapy surely it will be a hundred percent healing.

Massive help

I've listened to this audiobook once, and it was good so I had to listen to it again and attach some practical application every day. After a few days, I became jolly which is a very different me. This book just made me realized how precious life is.

A great in-depth explanation

I don't like therapy books before, I judge books by seeing if they measure up therapy in my own history. But this book delivers! This is a great source of a well-researched and practical audiobook.

Life Saver!

This is the only one that made sense, out of the many similar resources out there! I am a frequent worrier and I often experience quite extremely low moods throughout the year. It was my best luck that I came across this and decided to give it a go on one of my low days. It really made a difference! It's as if I'm listening to someone who really understands me. And I understood what I going through better. Would highly recommend this to anyone going through the same!
