What disappointed you about Defiance?

Well unfortunately the preaching of the last 2 books subliminally got to me and I forgave him those efforts and gave him another chance....big mistake....it just drips with Christian fundamentalism and never have I heard of so many people finding God, issuing prayers and quoting exerts from the bible in any one book outside of the bible...unfortunately the story just is not good
