Reads like a lullaby

One day when I was still fretting about my anxiety and sleepless nights, my aunt came to me and told me about this book she'd heard of. After reviewing it, I went ahead and bought myself my copy. Well, my aunt had never steered me wrong before, and she got it right again. And when it came time to advise a friend who labored with the same symptoms that I did, I passed the word along about this book. Now he has a copy of his own, and he's feeling so much better, as I have. Proudly giving this book a 10 out of 10.

No more restless bedtimes

Perhaps the best comparison I can make to what this book offers you and what you get out of it is like shedding old skin and reveling in the new you. So many motivating tips

It's no secret that sleep and anxiety disorders can cause a train wreck in your life; that's where I found myself just not long ago. Gave me much-needed confidence

Boosting my levels of self-respect every day and easing me into a gentle slumber at night were the two greatest gifts this series gave to me. And trust me, I had a number of troubling difficulties, including restless nights and feelings of deep uncertainty. But my troubles proved short-lived when I was introduced to this great piece of writing by a kindly neighbor. All the spot-on points, the advice, the studies, and most importantly the reassurance, gave me back the self-confidence that I'd been sorely lacking for much too long. There comes a time when we all need help with things; don't deny yourself a chance to improve your life.

Powerful notions and ideas

All it takes to appreciate this book is adapting what's suggested here into your own life. Believing in yourself is such an important dynamic to feeling more at peace. Long ago, my parents taught me that simply wishing for problems to go away isn't how to solve them; getting my edition of this book has become a part of my renewal. If I had anything to say to anyone else out there going through what I went through, it would be, "buy this book and get your life back." Instruction that's easy to follow

The real treat in reading this guide was just how simple the ideas were; I had no trouble learning the lessons. Yes, I've had experience with all those "over-wordy" psychiatric books with their inflated jargon, and I was unimpressed. But this guide speaks to you from the pages like a caring, understanding friend. The writing is direct, and the examples easy to follow. And in a language that everyone can understand! So I wouldn't go for one of those "heavy" tomes that speak in tongues; buy a copy of "Deep Sleep Meditation" instead, and get straight to the point: a new you!

Told me just what I needed to hear

It was like music to my ears when I gave this fantastic audiobook a listen; I got the message from the very start. There is a certain air of positivity that rises from the narrative that beckons you to listen closely and be rewarded for doing so. My favorite chapter was "affirmations for sleep" (chapter 23), which was a huge help to me - repeating these every night had such a beneficial effect on me. Bringing this book into my home has been nothing short of a godsend in my life - the value you get in return for your purchase is truly immeasurable.

Be prepared to be delighted

That's right - I found this self-help book to be just what the doctor didn't order. How can you determine just when and what you will need to get over the plagues of low self-esteem and unease? All the answers can be found in this guide; you won't need any other resources to get you started in the right direction. Sometimes taking a less-traveled path to a solution can yield a greater reward - and that's how I feel about this guide; the approach suited me well. Professional and revealing

What struck me as remarkable about "Deep Sleep Meditation" was the author's approach to analyzing the difficulties with sleeping well. She spent a great deal of time on the subject of meditation and its useful application to getting a better night's sleep, something that was very important to me in particular. And she also tied meditation in with hypnosis techniques - a subject that had always intrigued me in the past, but one that I never associated with meditation. Thanks to this book, my eyes were opened to many new and interesting concepts (and they were closed all night long).

Gratefully back on track

This audiobook has been such a stirring inspiration for me. One of my favorite passages is from the Introduction, specifically the author's allusion to the train; along with her reassuring words, the narrator conveys her written thoughts with a voice that can easily lull you into a state of blissful complacency. And this is just one example of what you will look forward to experiencing in this incredible book... For once, I am back on track to getting a night of much more restful sleep. A magnificent, all-around pleasure - I'm giving five out of five well-deserved stars for this guide!

A beautiful listen

This one's a keeper for sure!

Well, I realize that not all of you out there are necessarily searching for a self-help book on hypnotism - but if you're having trouble sleeping at night, I urge you to give this book a shot. Convincingly, the author's lecture on hypnosis and its uses with meditation to relieve sleep difficulties grabbed my attention and kept me reading. And I felt better after just the first two days of applying the methods presented in my daily routine. So please take my advice and buy a copy of this excellent guide - and get your rest and self-confidence back up to where they should be!

Feels like coming home at last

Yes, it may seem a bit sentimental to say it like that - but reading this guidebook felt like a sort of glorious homecoming to me. I always felt like a kind of "wandering spirit" in the realms of sleep and self-esteem; I had major issues with both. But a caring friend pointed to "Deep Sleep Meditation" and recommended it for me. And do you know what? She was right; I can't thank her enough for getting me to spend time with this book. The instruction on deep relaxation and concentration techniques made all the difference for me in my life.

All you need for a better night's sleep

You can't go wrong with a great manual that's determined to bring your sagging self-respect and your sleepless nights to a quick end. My friends supported my decision to seek out help for myself in these regards; I was a nice guy, and I deserved it, they told me. I'm glad I listened to them; when I read this book, I was astounded at how I had been in denial of my issues for so long. The author and the narrator both put on a magic show that I will remember for life; great content and great delivery all the way through.

Just relax and enjoy

There's no doubt in my mind that this guide would work for many different kinds of folks. When I decided to take my unease and discomfort with anxiety and sleep issues to heart, I searched for the right kind of material. This book gave me exactly what I needed most; inspiration to try new methods, give myself credit for trying, and the will to get better. Don't delay - get it today!

Why sit there on the couch and gripe about those terrible problems you have - your anxiety? Your self-confidence? Your lack of sleep? I'm telling you, this book will get you out of those ruts and set you back on a path towards contentment and joy in life. I can't remember how many other self-help titles I subjected myself to and got nothing useful out of them. The author of this guide takes her time and patiently explains in an easygoing manner how to bring your anxiety under control, boost your self-confidence, and get you back on a normal sleeping schedule.

Brought me peace of mind

No more do I wander the halls at night, unable to enjoy a full night's sleep without interruption. My regards to the author and narrator of this wonderful book for bringing me serenity and pleasant dreams. As you get established with better habits and choices through the lessons that this book provides, you will better understand yourself.
