A good guide audiobook

I am new to the practice of deep sleep meditation and was looking for a book that describes some of the basics to get me started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone starting out meditation for the first time.

This is a good audiobook

This is a good audiobook for teaching a way for people to relieve some of their anxiety. A lot of people do not even know they are experiencing anxiety. The author explains everything very well and the meditations are very well done. This audiobook should be very helpful for a lot of people.

Overall excellent audiobook!!

I'm satisfied and Impress also from this audiobook. It was very informative without being scary & being pregnant for the time I feel like I learned a lot from this book & feel more prepared. I also love that it covers the first 3 months after the baby is born as well as the pregnancy. Overall excellent!

Useful Audiobook

This audiobook is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have book for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!

It also explains how to practice contraceptive meditation and open awareness meditation. It also discusses other forms like guided and mixed practices.

Great User Audiobook...!

The book is divided into few themes of meditation including one specifically for calming the mind, one for the body, and one for the spirit. The title of each chapter clearly defines the purpose of the described meditation. Before the easy to follow directions, a reason for the meditation is concisely given. A copy of this audiobook was provided for review.

Wonderful AudioBook...!!

This is an extensive resource written by a clinical psychologist for people addressing anxiety to calm their body, mind. By taking us around the world and looking at how meditation is used in the lives of our human counterparts in various areas, we are able to see that there are truly more things that we have in common than what we might think separates us. I understand better now that meditation is really our way of zeroing in on what is important and appreciating the gift of the now. longer life by taking the time to see the world for what it is right now and understanding our role in it.

It put me to sleep and I have never heard.

It put me to sleep and I have never heard the last half of the thing. I did not need help falling asleep. I needed help with dealing with a traumatic experience I had.

I Recommended....!!

The author is both a meditation instructor and a licensed psychologist, and offers too many meditation suggestions, many tailored to address not only anxiety, but also to help in finding balance, relieving pain, and encouraging relaxation. Most of the practices are done seated, but both a standing and a walking meditation are offered for those times when sitting isn’t possible.

Best Deep Sleep Meditation

When some hear the word meditation different things come to mind. For me I have had my belief and understanding of what mediation is refined and clarified. Incredible book of Practical Meditation for Beginners. It is anything but difficult to pursue and straightforward. I would prescribe it to everybody needing to have a straightforward method to ruminate without intricacies. Much obliged.

Well audiobook

This is an extremely direct and clear book with a lot of phenomenal focuses and proposals. I truly delighted in it and adapted a significant piece. The presentation permitted an improved comprehension of the reflection works out. In spite of the fact that this book is little, it depicts a portion of the techniques in great detail.
