I have a really hard time in general to relax to these kind of meditations, but this one does the job.

I have some health problems that creates a lot of fear in me. This meditation instills faith and calms me.

After i listened to it last night, I went to sleep and experienced a kind of a jolt. As if something let go on a deep level. It felt good and right.

Definetly recommended and will continue to listen to it.

Beautiful soul, miracle life. I was and still am fascinated by Anita's Story. I knew this would be special. one issue is the way in which the meditation is delivered. As the title says, this is a deep meditation- excellent results, I felt peaceful yet invigorated. It is easy to follow and Anita's diction is clear although sometimes I found the pitch and tonality a little challenging. Would recommend it.
