An Excellent, Educated & Compassionate Starting Point

This is the real deal. Having watched countless YouTube videos I needed a more structured approach to help with my recovery, this is it. I could listen to it while in bed in the dark resting, rewind it I fell asleep, and then use the online resources when I was ready. The companion documentary 1-hour film is excellent too. Thank you for your great work!

Best book o have purchased in a while

Absolutely love this book have listened to it over and over again it explains fatigue so well and is helping me to make my life much better. So glad I found out about this book

Such depth of knowledge and research

This has opened up a whoe new can of worms regarding my condition, which has been labelled Fibromyalgia because no one knows what else to call it. Now I realise it's a whole bundle of conditions, which I'm going to address individually by going through Alex's reset programme to go into a healing state.

Excellent Resource for those with Fatigue

I thought the information in the book was well presented and provides a path to recovery for those desperately seeking reassurance that they can heal their fatigue (and other connected symptoms) .

Gives hope to those Chronically Fatigued!

I saw a YouTube interview with Alex Howard and Raelan Egan (she is too recovered of M.E/CFS). The interview itself is helpful and Raelan mentioned she had listened to Alex's book on audible. Since I'm not feeling well at the moment, I purchased this book through Audible rather than the printed version. I found it really helpful and inspiring. Alex's talks about his story, explains why M.E/CFS occurs and tips for recovery - nutrition, energy drainers, environment etc. I really enjoyed listening to this, and would definitely recommend.
