loved this. like the fact I can listen on days I can't pick the book up. obviously not set up as easily in audio format to just pick out what you need but thats not the author or publisher fault. I'd recommend this book 100% - i did purchase copies to gift too

I actually liked this. It has a section on each feeling you've ever felt and a mini speech on it or how to get through it.
I also liked the parts at the end talking about manifestation and how to achieve it.
