delightful
loved this. like the fact I can listen on days I can't pick the book up. obviously not set up as easily in audio format to just pick out what you need but thats not the author or publisher fault. I'd recommend this book 100% - i did purchase copies to gift too

I loved it.
Sarah Prout shared very intense and strong stories.
I have had similar experiences in the past and because of that "philosophy " of life I became more confident, generous, powerful and 💪🏾 strong. I pray to the Universe 🌌 on a daily basis 🙏🏽

I think the index style should be changed.
Essentially a great book and great narrator. I Recommended it to a friend within the first half hour of listening, but then I later returned it. The problem for me was that after each meditation, other meditations are recommended. This makes it feel like you are reading an index and I found myself switching off. I tried to persevere with it but it became too irritating. I am going to buy in book form instead if it is available so that I can dip in and dip out. I think the Writer should omit these extra numbers in the audio version, as they don’t work practically in this sense.
