Summary

Victim. murderer. Serial killer. What next?

The third darkly comic thriller in the highly addictive Sweetpea series featuring serial killer Rhiannon Lewis.

Can a serial killer ever lose their taste for murder?

Since confessing to her bloody murder spree, Rhiannon Lewis, the now-notorious Sweetpea killer, has been feeling out-of-sorts.

Having fled the UK on a cruise ship to start her new life, Rhiannon should be feeling happy. But it’s hard to turn over a new leaf when she’s stuck in an oversized floating tin can with the Gammonati and screaming kids. Especially when they remind her of Ivy - the baby she gave up for a life carrying on killing.

Rhiannon is all at sea. She’s lost her taste for blood, but is it really gone for good? Maybe Rhiannon is realising that there’s more to life than death....

The third book in the critically acclaimed series following Sweetpea and In Bloom, featuring everyone’s favourite truly original girl-next-door serial killer Rhiannon Lewis.

Best by far of the 3 so far - can't wait for no.4!

Love love loved this book - I liked the first in the series, could not get through the second but this is a tour de fource and so ideal for lockdown as you get to "go on a cruise" exploring a different port most chapters and then off to an exotic locale- so for the virtual holiday alone it is a delight............... but the story as it continues is riveting and ooooh the ending!!!

This book has got everything going for it, hilarious, clever, witty, insightful, exciting, romantic, thrilling, a right rollercoaster of a ride.

Not for those offended by bad language or racy, violent topics but it is all so tongue in cheek for the most part that I enjoyed every moment and just so sad I have finished it as kept me in a great mood for the week or so I listened to it in rapture.

Bring on book four!

What happened to the recording quality?

I was so excited about another instalment in this series and pre-ordered but I can’t get over the difference in recording quality. One of the things I loved about the first two is that Georgia Maguire really brings Rhiannon to life and I feel that she IS Rhiannon; this sounds like a draft recording done over Zoom and I just can’t get into it because of the poor quality. Disappointing.

Awful sound

As others have said: very poor audio quality. Tinny and background noise. Shame as I was looking forward to it.

I hope this gets redone as the first two were great.
Narrator is excellent and is let down by the sound.

Terrible sound quality

Was really looking forward to this but don't think I'll actually be able to listen to it because the sound is so echoey and tinny, feels grating against my ears. Very disappointed.

Book 4 please!!

Amazing and gripping. I love the writing style and narration. Can't fault anything about this book, the anti hero we all secretly for!

Sound quality let it down

Absolutely love these books, love Georgina’s performance. Was so excited for this book. But so disappointed with the sound quality, any way of fixing this? It sounds like it’s been recorded in a tin like place, who thought this was ok to release?

Sound quality is terrible!

I was really looking forward to listening to this and had it on pre order. I’m only an hour in and it sounds like it has been recorded in a box! Very tinny and it’s all I can focus on so far. Such a shame as I LOVED the previous two instalments!
