Like many others I pre ordered Dead Head, and was really put off by the sound quality. I guess this was just a result of Covid 19 and home recording.

To those of you who have stopped listening, I say push through it. The journey for Rhiannon in this next installment is just as intriguing and emotional, with her usual highs, lows, loves, passions, and of course her unmistakable spirit and blood lust, as she becomes embroiled with both every day people and the cartel.

Tough listening but well worth it.

I really enjoyed this book although it was a little different from the first two books. Wasn't entirely sure about the first half of the story but once the second half go started I was hooked

The ‘Sweet Pea’ series are some of my favourite books. I find Rhiannon so relatable in many ways. Like the other two, this book is incredibly well-written and well-read. I very much hope the series continues as I’m intrigued to see how Rhiannon, despite her redemption arch, will respond now Ivy is threatened. Feel so invested in her story! I rarely ever re-listen to audiobooks, but I have done with this series, which is testament to how much I enjoyed it!

First up, reading reviews must say I didn’t notice any audio issues. The narrator is spot on with her dead pan voice, perfect for Rhiannon.

I think the whole trilogy is absolutely fabulous. Brilliantly written and I can’t understand why the author isn’t talked about more and this hasn’t been made into a series yet. It’s so brilliantly written. CJ is a real talent.

Cannot wait for the 4th - brilliant stuff.
