I have listened to anxiety books before and have had CBT, I recently had a bad setback after going on holiday which threw me off guard and I was distraught, I thought I'd give DARE a go and it's really great. Similar messages as others but so good to hear the author writing from experience and some really key messages put across. I have ready a number of booked on this subject with an emphasis on neuroscience and some also around mindfulness. This book has completely changed the way I look and feel about anxiety.
By half way through the book I was off doing things I hadn't even considered to be achievable before I started it.
