Summary

Claire Barclay is enthusiastic about her British Mystery Book Tour business. She enjoys taking her guests, usually from America, to the settings of mystery novels where bodies are long dead. Her neighbor's plea for help to deal with a recently murdered well-known author unsettles her. She leaves the body to the police and takes her guests to Cornwall, including a British tourist who far is too interested in the dead author.

Enjoyable

Another very enjoyable, cosy read by Emma Dakin. I enjoy the descriptions of the various places we are taken to in this series. My only criticism would be of the Americanisms used at times when the author goes out of her way to make the books very British. Poor editing perhaps? In this, the 2nd book in the series, I was pleased to notice that cell(phone) had been changed to mobile. But we still had pants instead of trousers, and an absolute howler from the narrator with MI6 ( Em one six, instead of Em eye six). Overall though doesn’t detract too much. Shall definitely read the next book in the series.
