Summary
He comes in peace… amongst other things.
When college kid Jude Adler wishes for a new life on a shooting star, he never imagined it would come in the form of a shapeshifting alien who nearly crash-lands his spaceship on top of him, let alone one who chooses to disguise himself as a man inspired by Jude’s wildest fantasies.
Al’s ship is damaged and unable to make the flight home, and when he earnestly asks Jude for a safe place to stay until help arrives, how can Jude say no?
Keeping his hands to himself until then shouldn’t be difficult… but Jude is only human, and there’s only so long anyone can resist a roommate disguised as the hottest guy imaginable.
A roommate whose insatiable curiosity is piqued by Jude’s human body…And who shares Jude's only bed.
Crash-Landed in Love is a hilarious paranormal romance set on modern-day Earth with an HEA and no cliffhangers. It contains a clueless alien who is quite good at pretending to be a human, a love that’s written in the stars, shapeshifting body parts, and enough steam you’ll start to worry that your spaceship is on fire.
Please note that while this series has a contemporary setting… life finds a way.

Story - 4.5 stars. There was a lot of really good humour in this book. Al's reactions to all sorts of Earth things were very understandable. His heartbreak was enormous when Jude was letting him down. While m-preg is not a story choice I usually make, this was not too bad. I'd love to hear more about these great aliens.

Jude meets Al after his spaceship crashes and Al realises they are fated mates.
Al getting used to a different language was quite funny at times and i laughed out loud several times especially when he has to explain to Jude why his stomach is bloated oh and the cat.
I’m hoping Ezra gets a book maybe with Al’s brother that’d be good.

Jude was also great. Very easy going and accepting, until he hit his breaking point. Honestly, he bugged me for a while, mostly because he was hurting Al, who I felt protective over. But I thought about it and his reaction was valid. He had this fascinating alien man saying he was his mate, and he was pregnant, Jude didn't feel worthy of that. So I forgive him for the little angst he caused.
I am totally up for an entire series of these aliens finding love on earth!
The narration, as always, was perfect. So easy to listen to.
Funny and unique

I have to say that I enjoyed the first part of the audiobook more than the second part, The audiobook starts out very funny and entertaining, especially as 'Al' deals with human customs and the idiosyncrasies of English, and tries to blend in with his human form. I really loved this part, and laughed out loud many times. The second part of the book is more serious, as Jude discovers he is pregnant with Al's eggs, which causes discord between the two. Personal insecurities and family issues (neither has the best parents and siblings) also put pressure on the MCs. It almost felt like I was reading two different books. One funny and comedic, and the other more serious and a bit sad (although it all works out in the end.) I would have enjoyed the story more if it had remained focused on the funny aspects of Al trying to fit in with the humans. That said, it was still an entertaining and very creative story. Ezra and Buttons were fantastic as secondary characters. I loved the way Buttons was recognized by Al's people. Bottom line: I recommend this story if you like ,mpreg, lots of sex, and dramatic (and IMO unnecessary) conflict between the MCs. Otherwise, you might want to pass.
Michael Ferraiuolo does an excellent job narrating, capturing the character's oddities and distinct personalities. (i.e., you could hear how calm and reassuring Ezra was in his voice.) A+ job.
I received a free copy of the audiobook and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
Funny, entertaining human/alien mpreg story
