I'm really pleasantly surprised at how well this book is written. I originally listened to Blackwood Institute by J.Rose and enjoyed so I decided to continue in her universe, the writing in this book seems more mature and refined and although both have interesting dark plots, this book really hooked me from the get go. I can't wait to see where this story ends up!
