Financial Management

Used this book in my Masters Financial Management class. Well written. Great material. Gradually builds with interesting anecdotes that keep it from sounding like a textbook

Very Good

Very Good for what it is but I expected more. Maybe a follow-up would help - say Advanced or Intermediate level.

Very Concise book

This is one well written book that truly does deserve to be kept on your bookshelf for years of reference. I've read a lot of books about finance over the years and this one is one that you can find the information you need quickly and also get a great understanding of the principles.

Perfect

Finance can be a bit of a dry topic so kudos to the author for injecting some humor into the topic. The author does a pretty good job of explaining topics, terms, and equations used in corporate finance. This would be a good book for someone taking an introductory finance class.

Nice Reference

Very good book for beginners but the price is FAR too MUCH!!!!!! that's why I gave it 4 stars but its awesome for a novice like me who score a perfect grade with the help of this book.

Recommended!

I am always a little skeptical about buying my textbooks online, especially when they claim to be new. This book was half the price of what was being asked for a new copy in the bookstore and it came brand new in the shrink wrap. I am very pleased with this purchase.

You could spend a fortune and get the same material. Do not expect exciting reading but as far as straight up text goes this book is sufficient.

Nice and Detailed

This book explained important concepts in finance and was clear for a textbook. A few examples were confusing and seemed to take the long way of completing the word problems despite the fact that legitimate short cuts were available that reached the same results.

Great Researched Book

Mandatory textbook for graduate level class in Finance. It was well written and understandable for such. It actually made finance understandable (it is not my major area of study).

A Thorough Book

This book was required for an MBA class. Easy to digest. Answers to chapter problems in the back of the book. The book cites an on-line resource, but after trying to decode the web site for 20 minutes, I gave up. Good book though.

According to my expectations

This book played a major role in choosing my career, which of course, is Finance, because it contains so much exciting stuff in there for people who are ambitious enough to become an Investment Banker. I recommend undergraduates majoring in Economics and Business to read this book to get started understanding the field of Finance. Enjoy it!
