It was very cringey at times and the story just dragged on. I wish there were more funny moments, it was just quite dull after the beginning. It did start off well but then the story just got dull.

Not my favorite hockey romance, but still worth a shot. The tension is so palpable ❤️‍🔥 The storyline itself felt very rushed to me.
I absolutely love Kara, Emmett and Adam. Great side characters that I would love to read more about. And Hank! He's such a sweet old man

Look it was cute. There were things I liked and things I didn’t like. It was a bit long for starters. I feel like it could definitely have been done in half. But anyway.
Carter was kinda cute. But I cringed every time he called his dick his “sword of thunder” but I suppose he was supposed to be cheesy.
Olivia was fine except we get it. She’s tiny. Every time she was there they made sure to tell you she was tiny.
Hank should be protected at all costs along with Dublin.
I will admit I girlie giggled a few times. Couldn’t help myself. And the ending was cute.

Enjoyable book. Nice romance and likeable characters but there was no need for it to be soooo long! if you are happy to just ooze love and happy happy skip about then this is what it says on the tin. If you want some twists and turns with your love then this isn't the one. I want to read the rest if the series as I now like the characters who will be in them, but looking at the length of the audiobooks, I think they will all be very similar.
