Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is WONDERFUL and so cool to see talked about more in books like this. I enjoy how you can read this and walk away with actionable items. Steering digital interactions is addresses as well. It's good to make adjustments and not just throw out tech as there are some good aspects.
My favorite part was the emphasis put on strong genuine face to face relationships and how that can make almost anything better.
