A truly compassionate body scan experience

Kristin Neff's warm voice and guidance are both gentle and clear, easy to follow and relax into. I loved this body scan. Feeling very relaxed, with a greater awareness of how my body is feeling, part by part, leading to more compassion towards each piece of my body, as well as a whole..therefore kinder, gentler towards myself. Feel physically calm and relaxed, at ease. Wonderful to have this experience during lockdown, a peaceful holiday for both body and mind. Highly recommend, will repeat it often.

Save your money

Great author, but this is the worst version of a body scan I have ever come across.
Makes no sense at all to me, to start with the toes. Annoying voice. Poor delivery.

A sweet & gentle body scan

I liked the sound of Kristin’s voice. She gently asks you to explore what you’re sensing and noticing. Every time I listen to this recording I feel a sense of innocence and compassion. I listen to this as I prepare to fall asleep or if I wake up in the night. It’s like a friend.

Very good guided meditation !

I love it when an author is capable of reading their own work; not all voices/tones work well for that. Kristin Neff's voice is kind with undertones of humor and experience. This is a perfect companion for her other works. which I also highly recommend.

more developed self love instructions

the decision to be general in describing how to soothe, and send self love to body parts:prefer actual instructions, such as: say to your ankle, " ankle, i appreciate and love you. I love you low back"0 this was left to the reader's imagination, but i prefer instructions in this case..
