You'll learn how to take your negative thoughts to boot camp and retrain them, establishing new habits that tackle your toxic thoughts and retool your awareness, allowing you be free of the weight of past negative thinking biases.

Excellent book context, very poor narration. The narrator is monotonous. However the messages in the book are brilliant and help with anxiety.

I have v2 of this book on print and it is very helpful. I was interested in v3 on Audible. I like to use Audible as I spend a lot of time in the car. Unfortunately I cannot get on with the reader on this recording. It’s disappointing but the text is read very slowly and even if you speed it up I find it impossible to listen to.

Not what I hoped

Sorry. This is one step away from having a book read by the speaking clock. Monotone and completety devoid of any nuance or compassion.

I had to give up due to reader

I don’t think this had been narrated by a human. The intonations are false. Sounds like narration from Microsoft Word.

Like the other reviewers I couldn’t listen to this so I can’t connect on the content of the book but had to give a rating so I chose an arbitrary 3
