This book is complete with everything you need to start your journey to circuit training! Best suited for beginners with zero ideas on how to start and what to do for optimal results. The author also shared valuable food tips and pre/post workouts. I have always wanted to try circuit training at the gym, but I simply had no time. Thanks to this book, I am now able to do circuits at the comfort of my house. Highly recommend!

A shocking number of 80% of Americans don't get enough exercise for optimal health. This is likely shaped by their environment and childhood. Many people find going to the gym intimidating but as someone who started weightlifting in college, I would say we all got to start somewhere. This book is a good guide to take you from zero to being comfortable doing circuit training on your own. I love the foundational knowledge this book brings; however, it would be very beneficial if this book comes with a PDF that shows how to do the workout as many beginners are not very familiar with the exercises.

The author did a great job in putting this audiobook together. It provided the motivation I needed to get back active and get in shape. The step by step clear advice and exercise description were super useful and I will implement them! The diet plan was also important to understand. Also really liked the narrators style of explaining.

I like how Mr. Hudson stressed that exercise/losing weight isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. Getting in the right mindset is critical, and with this important book, you will have no problem starting today. Highly recommended

I'm really a huge fan when it comes to nutrition & diet resources or anything about being healthy in general and this one is HUGE! Unlike before I don't have time to dedicate myself to keep a strict schedule for trips to the gym just to sweat, this book will show you that you don't have to do that! If you are like me who has a busy schedule and home workouts are more practical and accessible then this is exactly for you. The narration was well done and delivered everything you need to know clearly and in a good atmosphere and pace. Highly recommended!
