Would you consider the audio edition of Christmas Past to be better than the print version?

I have always loved Zara Ramm as Max in the St Mary's series and this story is no exception. She brings to life the wonderful story by Jodi Taylor and adds just that little bit extra to the well written story.

Max, Leon and Matthew are finally going to get to spend their first Christmas together. They have suffered greatly at the hands of Ronan who kidnapped Matthew and in effect ripped the family apart. But Christmas at St Mary's is known for illicit time travel events and Max sees a chance to undo some of the damage with a trip back to the past.

This is now my favourite of the short stories and is certainly in keeping with the festive season.

Just lovely! As usual the writing is glorious, the reading, stunning! What more could one ask! Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without a St Mary’s Christmas short story!!!

I didn’t know about the time distance before I started but it was absolutely fun. Mixed with a bit of history and literature connections and Christmas spirit I will definitely look for more adventures of that kind.
