This book is exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely love the amount of detail the author has put into this book. It's clear concise straight to the point and provide great insight to the benifits to the practal solutions which he provide. It makes this audiobook the the content feel well research and highly trust worthy. My favourite chapter was chapter 4 about mindfulness. I've always been that person that never bought into all that stuff but this audiobook has my perspective shifted a full 180. There's so many thing that's I have heard before I'm this book but this audio book really stands out as it clearly explains each in a logical easy way to follow with no fluff. Boy do I love a audiobook that gets straight to the point, well research and nicely narrated. Great job

This audiobook walks you through a detailed process of turning those repetitive negative thought patterns into more positive supportive ones. I found this audiobook to be a breath of fresh air during these troubling economic times. I enjoyed Chapter 2 the most. It addressed how to change one’s thought process by going beyond positive thinking and employing more effective strategies that create lasting change.

I brought this book because I was looking for something to help me challenge my negative thought processes. I found this book an easy listen, with tips that are simple, easy to follow, remember and implement.
Alana gives great tips about getting your thoughts in order to help with making positive changes in your life. there is a whole chapter on meditation.
I liked the fact that the author confirmed that having negative thoughts is normal..and also gave advice on how to challenge and change these negative thoughts. For example, write down what you want to change, commit to taking actionable steps to accomplish your goals. if you are looking to change the way you think and become more grateful this this book is for you.

Thoughts are powerful as how you think affects how you feel, subsequently influencing your actions. This book comes to me at the right time because as winter is starting, I begin to see changes in my mood and this book does address how to take care of your body especially during seasonal change. There are several good advice in the book. I really like the advice on power poses and would be implementing it in my morning routine as this is something I never try before.
