Not what I expected

Reading the title of this book lead me to think the book was going to be an insight into dealing with addiction and why addiction happens in the first place. Unfortunately for me there was no in-depth discussion on addiction or how to beat it, it was just a brief overview of his issues and stories from his past, not a bad book but no good for someone who is trying to find answers.
