Chair yoga is a low-impact, great way to get stronger, improve balance, and lose weight (my primary goal).. The instructions are easy to follow, pictures and videos help me make sure I am doing the poses correctly. I am pretty sure just about anyone can do this as I have struggled with extreme joint stiffness and I am breezing through it. The plan in the book includes 50 different poses and a 28-day challenge, which I think will continue to keep me motivated. Overall, I think this is an excellent way to hep support oneself with getting healthier and of course, losing some weight.
