Story
Smart men never dabble with demons. I never claimed to be smart, but at least, I’m powerful enough to control them. When I bound Havoc to me nearly 300 years ago, I never realized how difficult he’d make my life, although “accidentally” lighting him on fire every now and then does bring a smile to my face. Havoc is handsome, mysterious, and somehow, my closest companion, even if we don’t always get along.

Story
In Nova City, there are extraordinary people, capable of feats that defy the imagination. Shadow Star protects the city and manipulates darkness, and Pyro Storm is determined to bring the city to its knees using his power over fire. And then there's Nick, who...well, being the most popular fan-fiction writer in the Extraordinaries fandom is a superpower, right? Instead of fighting crime, Nick contends with a new year at school, a father who doesn't trust him and a best friend named Seth, who may or may not be the love of Nick's short, uneventful life.

Story
Being a hit man has its perks, but I never thought getting an accidental mooning by an attractive PI while he’s caught on a fence would be one of them. While it’s not exactly love at first sight, he’s captured my interest and won’t let go. Suddenly, I find myself caught in a game of cat and mouse, determined to attract the attention of Jackson, the PI who should be my enemy. He pretends like he’s not flattered by my flowers and the mentions of my totally-not-fictitious blow-up doll, Randy (or was it Dandy?), but I know better.

Strange things are happening all around Brinnswick. Things that remind me of a piece of my past I’d rather forget. Girls are being killed, drained of blood, and left with strange markings on their bodies. When I finally connect the cases together, a specialist is called in - though, what he’s a specialist of is beyond me. When the chief assigns him as my new partner for the case, I can’t help but groan on the inside. Why of all people would I be assigned to Ailin Ellwood?

Making eye contact with a killer wasn’t exactly how Bradley Danforth had planned to start his day. As an accountant, he craved structure and routine. What he hadn’t anticipated was being part of a real-life murder mystery with him cast in the starring role. Death and sorrow were part of Max Donohue’s job description, leaving the detective hardened after years on the job. On his latest case, he’s the one stuck protecting the only witness in a sadistic homicide.

Summary
In a world where it’s every man for himself, all they can do is hold on to each other...
With soldiers next door, the situation has become dire for Austin, Mack, and Tan. Every time they find a solution for one challenge, another arises, ranging from family members who show up unexpectedly to reunions with people they’d never hoped to see again.
But they may have bigger problems when the earthquakes continue and concern increases about the Earth's crust stability. The only way to prevent an even worse disaster is to stop the aliens from drilling for more oil, but how?
They cling to each other as the future looks very bleak. Is there any hope left for a happy ever after for them?
Burn is the last book in the suspenseful Ignite trilogy, a slow burn MMM romance set in an alternative world. This series will end with a deeply satisfying HEA.

Masterful
I caved in and read the book a couple of weeks before the audiobook was released, so I knew I was absolutely going to enjoy the narration. I think it is the best of the three, possibly because there are a great many characters to stretch Kenneth Obi's acting skills. He rose to the occasion magnificently. The alien voices are masterful! The story reaches its conclusion in style. I had absolutely no idea how all the ends could be tied together and how Tan, Austin and Mack could have a HEA. There is no magic cure for Tan's PTSD which is just one instance of the realism I enjoy in this author's writing. Austin and Mack have grown to an awesome maturity throughout the 3 books, facing their many trials with admirable strength. The aliens always seem to add a touch of humour, while Tan's brother and his band of (former) soldiers become totally rounded additions to the story. Maybe, just maybe, there is a chance of a revisit if the story of Austin's Dad and Pax is ever told.

I cannot get enough
this series had been seriously addicting. I live the characters and the story. it's compelling, it gets my adrenaline going, it's sexy, I'm congrats truly in the edge of my seat. there's no words to describe how much I love this thruple, how great they are together and how they helo progress the story further with their individuality. im VERY satisfied with this book's ending. many endings will leave you still wanting or underwhelmed or straight up angry but this was nice. the series does a great job exemplifying healthy relationships of all kinds and revealing unhealthy habits as well as calling out society for it's many social and ecological faults. this book makes me want to be a better, healthier, more prepared, and more conscientious person and I think that's a big take away in addition to falling for the amazing and complex characters.

Great Ending to this Trilogy
It's been no secret that I've loved this series from thw very beginning and Burn has lived up to the other two. Austin, Mack and Tan are faced with decisions that are life and death. They struggle to know what is the right thing to do. It was satisfying to watch Mack become the person he was supposed to be. He was my favorite character. Kenneth Obi does a wonderful job narrating this story. The voices are so distinct and easy to listen to.

Spectacular Series! K. Obi is Magnificent
What a ride! This is an extremely exciting series and I truly enjoyed the first two books in audio. Sadly the narrator, Kenneth Obi, passed away before this one was released and I've had to get up the gumption to listen to this one. He does an absolutely perfect job, and nobody can fill his shoes. A fantastic end to a series I was sad to see end. Nora Phoenix outdoes herself with this one, and not to undervalue her talents, but I'm pleased by the depth she goes to, both with the characters as well as the story. Really something special.

I am so happy I found this series
this series was wonderful and so creative. I think the narrator is ok but his voice just didnt fit most of the characters. and his narration for the alien sounded like jar jar blinks. but the story is so great, I easily got over it.
