Summary

The newest book in the New York Times best-selling "Barney Stinson" canon teaches prospective parents everything they need to know to have a legendary kid.

"Congratulations!" You're about to have a kid? Well, Bro, you might be asking yourself a series of important questions: Will I ever be able to do awesome things again? Will I be able to afford this? Can I ever have sex again? Will I be a good parent? Am I able to love this child as much as I love my own life? Can I ever have sex again?

Well, the answer to all of these questions is a rock solid "no." But just because your life is now a petrifying turd on the canvas of life doesn't mean your kid has to be as lame as you're about to become. And Barney Stinson is here to help.

Hilarious

As an expectant father I found it hard not to laugh frequently through this short audio book.

Just hope he does not become a Dad

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

If they are a fan of How I Met Your Mother then yes I would, you would have to see the show to get some of the jokes. Several characters come up frequently throughout.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bro Code for Parents?

Suitable shows for kids, possibly the worst examples you could think off.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

Probably any time the "editor" would but in and Barney's remarks afterwards or just any list of the best things for a baby.

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

It's not really something that I would turn into a film seeing it's spawned from a TV show, I guess it would be a play on Barney's catchphrase

Any additional comments?

It was legend wait for it dary, legendary
