I saw Ashley speaking about her book, Breathwork on Sunday Brunch, I bought the audiobook straight away! It was just what I'd been looking for.
Ashley breaks it down and makes it accessible to ordinary people. I'm so fed up of the "all or, you're nothing" mentally of social media. In this book there's no, "you must do this or that" just information and clear guidance. Ashley shares from her own life experiences, and of how her practice has helped her. It certainly makes me think it can also help me too, whether i have a spare few minutes, half and hour, or when I'm at work and stressing.
I'm so glad i bought this, it's been a joy and a breath of fresh air to listen to. Thank you

Many of the passages in this book really resonated with me and it has had a significantly calming effect on me over the last week of reading it. Ashley’s life story is interesting and her passion for breath work, and the way it has helped her, really comes across. It’s been a great introduction to something I have little experience of and it has inspired me to book myself onto a breath work workshop at my local yoga studio.
