Summary

She's the girl who got away, but now she's back....

Four years was all it took.

I told myself I didn't need friends. I didn't need family. I sure as f**k didn't need him.

And you know what?

I was right.

He had been inside of me, coursing through my veins.

So I cut and bled Dash Chambers until I was free.

But the day I returned to Six Forks and was thrown at his feet, I realized I would never forget how it felt to have every inch of him inside me...and he's waiting.

Angel thought if she ran far enough, she'd be free.

What's mine will always be mine.

This time, I do things my way.

5 "I WANT MORE OF THIS SERIES" STARS

This review is for all 5 books in this awesome series. B. B. Reid did a fantastic job sucking me into this series and not letting go until I finished all 5 books back to back. I hate for this series to come to an end. There was some hot sex scenes. The story just keep getting interesting as it goes on. If you like a dark read with crazy, possessive alpha males then this series is for you.

No redeeming characters?

Granted, I haven't read any of the previous books in the series so perhaps I shouldn't expect to understand this one jumping in, but the alpha men definitely crossed the line into creepy sexual aggression and the motivations of the characters made no sense, except everyone was apparently angry, horny, tortured souls. Gave up halfway through. Narration was only redeeming feature

Kinda getting predictable

Having a young child you tend to know when they are doing something they shouldn't be, having noted that, the author writes the child to be somewhat smart, so why wouldn't the people who are watching her know how to keep an eye out for her mischievous ways. kids are kids, but many at the age of 3 should know to draw on walls, or the parents should teach them to only doodle on paper.
Rant over.
This series has come to have a very "filled in" feeling.

just ok

Well I tried to like it! The author wrote a wacky format of the story.
Jumped around way to much. I had a hard time following it because if that. It could have been a great story if written properly.
Narrators did a good job considering the poor format.
Each book in the series did not follow right because of the wacky job.

Issues...

2/5 rating. Although I likes parts of the book, the level of violence felt odd and turned me off.

Wow i loved it

This series continues with Willow and Dasher's story and I loved everything about it. It was fast paced with non stop action. There was mystery, suspense and angst. This story will grab you and have you hooked until the very end. I loved that we get the other couples in the story. The narrators did an awesome job with this novel. They brought the characters to life. This was a fantastic continuation to the series.

Still good

But not the best of the series. These 2 were also meant for each other.

Finally Dash and Willow

Well things are really starting to hit the fan. The twists and turns are coming in fast and a few times I had to rewind and re-listen to try and figure things out. While this is Dash and Willow's story it kind of continues with the whirlwind of all the drama started in Keenan and Sheldon's book with Kennedy's kidnapping and trying to figure out who's out to get these guys as they are now trying to get to anyone and everyone around them. Sometimes it was hard to keep up. There were a few times where I was rolling my eyes like, 'Are you freaking kidding me...seriously'? Especially right before the end with Dash crashing the wedding and her going through with it. I sighed with relief when she walked outside after that. All in all looking forward to the final book to see how everything will wrap up even though I will miss these guys.

Awesome

Great story, narration was spot on, and I'm still biting my nails with all the twists and turns. Just how much turmoil can people take?
