About this listen
Once in a generation a woman comes along who changes everything. Tina Fey is not that woman, but she met that woman once and acted weird around her.
Before 30 Rock, Mean Girls, and 'Sarah Palin', Tina Fey was just a young girl with a dream: a recurring stress dream that she was being chased through a local airport by her middle-school gym teacher. She also had a dream that one day she would be a comedian on TV. She has seen both these dreams come true.
At last, Tina Fey's story can be told. From her youthful days as a vicious nerd to her tour of duty on Saturday Night Live; from her passionately halfhearted pursuit of physical beauty to her life as a mother eating things off the floor; from her one-sided college romance to her nearly fatal honeymoon - from the beginning of this paragraph to this final sentence.
Tina Fey reveals all, and proves what we've all suspected: you're no one until someone calls you bossy.
©2011 Tina Fey (P)2011 Hachette AudioHowever, all the hard work is slightly let down by audible.this is simply because every time she says "check the acompanying pdf" im left with a growing anoyance that i didnt get one with the download.
Come on audible your supossed to be better than this, maybe a bit of organisation and it would have been the TEN out of five stars audiobook that you and maths have prevented it from being!!

I love her self deprecating and sarcastic humour - she's bright, witty and utterly charming.
Loved it!

Would you listen to Bossypants again? Why?
I loved this book. It was brought to life by Tina Fey's narration. I'll definitely be listening to it again in the future. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I found Fey's stories about Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock and juggling her family around them particularly interesting. I was even moved to watch some old SNL episodes on Netflix.Any additional comments?
Even if you've read this already, I urge anyone to listed to the audiobook for Tina Fey's narration.Made all the better for Fey's witty narration...
