Summary

The stunning conclusion to the Blood Type series finds the world in chaos and turmoil with one final battle left to determine who will survive - humans or vampires.

She had the world on her shoulders. Now she has nothing.

Reyna Carpenter was 21 when she became a live-in blood escort for the ruthless and darkly handsome vampire Beckham Anderson. She thought this was just a small price to pay for feeding her brothers back home. But nothing went as planned. Not even her tumultuous relationship with Beckham. Now she wonders if anything will ever be the same again.

As she finds herself in the midst of a losing rebellion, she and her trusted friends must flee from a city conquered by the vampire elite. With their plans blown to pieces and everything they knew and loved gone, their future hangs in the balance.

Despite all she has lost, Reyna must rise from the ashes, reclaim the life that was stolen - and complete her mission once and for all.

Loved all three books!

What was up with Gabe's voice? His voice sounded like he was mentally handicap. Had a hard time imagining him as a hard ass fighter/mobster.

HOLY WOW KYLA.. WHAT A UNIQUE & UNSTOPPABLE RIDE

As this exciting PNR trilogy unfolds the drama continues.. the blood bond between Beckham and Reyna continues.. the vampire and the human love story continues.. and the thrills and chills continue. Also, the high stakes game of good vs evil in the war to win the world, continues.. but people will fall, blood will spill and the cost will be staggering. This was a rollercoaster drama-filled ride with emotional blows, angst, passion, twists, surprises and action galore as Reyna rises to devastating challenges, undergoes immense character growth, faces evil and then spits in his face.. and wins the heart of a vampire Lord.

The high stakes challenges for Beckham and Reyna were all there.. and Reyna wasn’t the only one who went through character growth.. because the cold-blooded closed-off vampire let his impenetrable walls fall brick by brick for Reyna turning him into a possessive alpha. An alpha who supported and encouraged his ‘little one’, would die for her.. and nearly did, would rally an army with her, would give her strength when she had none.. and would what ??? for the woman he loved.. well folks that’s in the epilogue.

Worth a credit? Yes absolutely.. it’s a great conclusion to an exciting trilogy where there’s never a dull moment.. but it must be listened to in order. Expect the unexpected.. expect sweet as well as sour.. expect heat along with heavy.. expect another unique ride that will eventually wrap up the story nicely. It’s told from Reyna’s POV and Caitlin Elizabeth did a great job with the narration.

redhat queen

This series was fantastic. The last book was so good. I loved how Beckham appeared out of the blue. I cried so hard when I finished with the second book. I thought he died for good. I’m glad I got to listen to the last book and everything turned out. It was a happy ending at last.

*** Vampire Game of Thrones ***

Wow listening to this was like watching Game of Thrones. Boom this person is dead Bang that person is dead. No one was safe in this series. Totally worth the listen. I don’t know if there is a spin-off but I still have so many questions. What happened to Roland? What happened to Sophie? What happened to Brex blood supply person? Who is the new Mayor? Who runs the company? And the Biggest question.....WHO and WHAT is Graves??!! I’m dying to know!

what a great trilogy!!

the blood cure was a great trilogy. It's not like all of the other "vamps taking over the world" type stories. K. A. Linde is a great story teller with a great way of creating other worlds.

A good ending to a great series!

For some reason, I was itching to finish this up by the time I was halfway through. I really enjoyed it but I think three books was more than enough with them being so long. I found myself ready to hear about the other characters' stories and becoming more interested in them. Holy mother of GOD would I love to see a series about Graves! The whole concept of his touch causing arousal is something that could certainly be very interesting as a dark romance. My devious mind already has all sorts of dark things float to the surface as I consider what a book or series about him might be like. I'd love to see him start off somewhere new outside of the sphere of Reina and Beckham, with his own domain and a fresh start. Oh, the places a book like that could go! anyway, now I'm getting carried away but I've thoroughly enjoyed this series and I will definitely be looking to the author for more to read!

Love love loved it!

If you love a good strong beauty tames the tormented beast story than this one's for you! Reina Carpenter takes a job at this blood donor company because she needs money to help her family. She normally doesn't do that kind of thing. She's educated and opinionated but not educated enough to get a job in the in her post disaster neighborhood so she gets a job at the company that finds donors for vampires. Thinking it'll just be like going and donating and the blood bank she finds more than she bargained for. And so does her vampire find more than he bargained for in her. I don't want to give it all the way. But I will say that I was skeptical about the first book, because I'm not big on post-apocalyptic things. But I very much enjoyed the dynamics between Reina Carpenter andBeccum Anderson and the other side characters were also very entertaining. I personally find any story that makes me have a need to laugh out loud or find a box of tissues worth a good read
