About this listen
These black-hearted boys will ruin you....
When 18-year-old Eva Walker enters the local talent showdown, she hopes it’ll will rekindle her love of music.
She doesn’t expect it to ignite a fire in her heart.
Rafe Hunter is everything Eva should stay away from. Tattooed, brooding, and mysterious. Not to mention the fact he’s the bassist for one of the world’s hottest rock bands. Their weekend of lust, laughter, and music changes everything.
And one thing is for certain: Neither of them will ever be the same again.
The box set includes:
- Rush, Rise, and Rule: Eva and Rafe’s trilogy
- Risk: An Eva and Rafe bonus scene
- Ruby: A Black Hearts Short Story
- Raze: A Black Hearts Short Story

I was absorbed by Eva and Rafe's story, it wasn't easy but it was theirs and their love for each other couldn't be denied 🖤

My black heart beats for these two. Eva’s the girl trying to figure out how to live and Rafe is the guy trying to help is brother stay grounded.
Eva enters a signing contest because she needs the money. She’s been out of the ‘normal’ world for over a year. One of the Black Hearts Beat members is a judge on the panel. She doesn’t know who he or Rafe are and she gets to meet the ‘real’ guys without preconceptions. Two hearts, barely beating but in rhythm with each others. It’s intense, beautiful and spicy.
This is three books in one, 18 hours of audiobook so I won’t give too much away. Neither of these two are looking for love but sometimes it just finds you. Their chemistry and pain is electric- two lost souls drifting through music heaven.
I read somewhere this was one of the best audiobooks and I realised I agreed. The narrators are perfect and the live music is next level. This world is captivating and I was hooked from the first word.
