This book is filled with such personality and such contagious optimism, which manages to be universal and quirkily specific all at once. I love this book. Look out for it because I reckon you will love it too (Matt Haig, author of THE MIDNIGHT LIBRARY)
Cheering and wise, but more than anything, a vital handbook for navigating the seasons of life (Candice Carty-Williams, author of QUEENIE)
This book is a ray of sunshine (Fearne Cotton)
We all need more David Larbi in our lives; and by that I mean love. This book was like a serving of steaming soup on the coldest of nights. Not only a delightful dollop of happy but also encourages much needed personal reflection. It’s a spark of joy during trying times (Candice Brathwaite, author of I AM NOT YOUR BABY MOTHER)
A beautiful blend of poetry and self-reflection, offering inspiration and practical prompts to help you embrace joy and calm throughout all seasons of life. It’s a must-read for anyone seeking more positivity (Ruby Dhal, author of DEAR SELF and THE PATH TO SELf-LOVE)

A beautiful, honest, and meaningful read

This book was *exactly* what I needed. It's heartwarming, insightful, and so genuinely helpful — the kind of book that leaves you feeling seen, understood, and gently changed. The writing is beautiful in its simplicity: clear, honest, and deeply human.

What I loved most is how it offers valuable perspectives without ever being preachy or complicated. Like listening to someone wise, kind, and real.

I often use David’s words - “not every day is good, but there is good in every day.’This book captures that spirit perfectly. It reminds you to look gently at life — even the hard parts — and to keep finding the light in small moments.

Thank you, David Latin, for creating something so meaningful. This book will stay with me for a long time — and I’ll be recommending it to everyone.

I loved listening to David’s voice and found myself listening to bits over and over to capture them. Thank you for writing this. I will share it!

Heart warming, amazing and so insightful.
