In this sexy, beguiling, and wholly intoxicating novel, pleasure and pain commingle in a fantasy that crackles with vibrant and alluring energy. I slid into the world of Silvercloak with the ease of a breath, but leaving it is as impossible as removing one’s limb.

What truly stood out, were the relationships. The emotional complexity and moral conflicts between characters made everything feel grounded and real, even in a world full of magic.
Laura’s writing flows effortlessly off the page, vivid, immersive, and full of heart. Silvercloak is another incredible story from her, and I already know I’ll be rereading it while I wait (impatiently!) for the sequel.
If you love morally grey characters, fresh magic systems, and immersive storytelling, this one’s for you.

Saffron Coomber did an amazing job at narrating the audiobook too, she puts so much emotion into the words.. and her voice for levan was devilishly good 😈🖤
I cannot wait for book two because that cliffhanger destroyed my mental wellbeing!!
