I could guess most of the twists, but overall a good story. It's not as good as Nocticadia which was my first book of Keri Lakes. I liked Lucians character, but there was a too quick obsession, not enough angst and push and pull for me. Still really enjoyed it and as with Nocticadia, finished it in just a few days :)

So I’ve put off this book for a while as I thought it was going to be meh and not fill the need like I wanted a new book too. I was so wrong! I loved this! I usually see a plot twist coming and call it fairly early but this got me good! My only issue as always when they have duel narration is PLEASE you already have 2 narrators just have the guy read for male characters and the women read female characters there’s no need for a man to do a women’s voice when you already have a female narrator reading anyway, it makes such a difference for us listeners.
