My name is Vera Varrone. Over the past few days, everything about my life has changed. But with the love of my dragon and the guidance of my Guardian, I have accepted my role. I am the Warden of the Storm.
Still, the dragons have enemies even in a post Supernatural War world. We thwarted Keir’s plans but the bastard son of the Winter and Summer fae courts still has something up his sleeves—I can sense it. Today, we’re bringing him back to the Summer Court to let justice be served, even as he taunts me with the truth of my identity.
Then the unthinkable happens, and now everyone I love is in danger. There's a larger plan in action, an agenda beyond our control. And a secret about myself that even I'm just now discovering...one that changes everything.

a great follow on from the first, keeping me enthralled with every plot twist and reveal as we see the character Vera and her baby dragon grow im power, maturity and confidence. I normally find YA stories to be a bit too slow and boring but this is one of the few stories that has kept my attention throughout the story. with fantastic narration as well.
excellent follow on from the first story.
