About this listen

Something is buried underneath Liscor. And it's hungry.

Of course, if there were only one thing under Liscor, there would be far less to fear. However, the dungeon continues to be a threat. At the same time, Goblins continue to roam northern Izril, but not all of them are as hostile to people as Tremborag or the Goblin Lord. Will the Unseen Emperor of Riverfarm make that distinction, however?

A reckoning is coming as old faces and new reemerge. And all the while, The Wandering Inn is still serving food and respite and even plays to adventurers and Antinium alike. But something is coming from the dungeons. And it—they—are hungry.

Blood of Liscor by @pirateaba. Narrated by the amazing @MouthyMaven, this is the 8th book of the #WanderingInn series and it is now already my favourite book in the group. At a whopping 43 hours long as an audiobook, it was a very tough nut to crack but cracked it did.

The central theme of the book centres around the dungeon beneath Liscor inhabited by Raskghar, furry dog-like creatures who stand on two legs. Needless to say, the author's imagination seems boundless with the addition of this novel.

The characters' exhibit genuine emotional qualities as they overcome racial differences to defeat the final boss in an epic form of retribution. This is a well thought through #LitRPG novel full of twists and turns penned by a brilliant author. 📚5/5🌟#bookreview

I once again loved this story. I felt sorry for some of the characters and I really don't like giving spoilers so i will just say this is just as sad as the others and I wished that Rags was better understood here. I am not sure how much more the author can get from this series but there are some things I need to know.... where is Ryoaka (did I spell that right?)? . Are we going to get a book with her travels? can we have more info on the mad clown and his group? perhaps a story on how Lady Magnolia met her dragon friend? I really hope that Pisces hasn't hooked up with who I think he has, because if it is found out he will die, no matter how good he is they will never trust him, or others like him again. Erin must meet her magic chess partner, please!! OK - there is much more we can get out of this series, can you please hurry up and get the next one out lol
