I do always enjoy JD Kirk detective series and this one has been brilliant. As long as nobody in the team is ever killed off and that means Taggart too I shall always look forward to them. I hope he is busy writing another NOW !

This latest DCI Jack Logan audiobook is just as good as the others in the series.

Once again it’s well written and each of the team feature in the story. As well as the police procedural elements you also get dark humour.

In this episode the highlight for me has to be squirrel. I won’t say anything else so I don’t spoil the story for you.

Angus King as narrator made all the characters come to life. For me he is definitely the best choice to narrate the DCI Jack Logan series.

It was another audiobook that I binge listened to. So I can’t wait to listen to the next.
