About this listen
Critic reviews
a solid plot and a perilous scavenger hunt help us to care about the Doctor and his friends. So too does narrator Debbie Chazen... Her regional accent resonates in human and robot characters alike, but she gets the inflections of David Tennant (the Doctor) and Catherine Tate (Donna) just right. (Nick Smith)
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
Doctor Who fans will enjoy the storyWould you be willing to try another book from Mark Michalowski? Why or why not?
Yes, I have enjoyed many of his Dr Who booksHow did the narrator detract from the book?
The god awful accents she used for subsidiary characters. I couldn't finish the book because the stupid regional accents she gave the characters spoiled the story for me.What character would you cut from Doctor Who?
The narrator!!Any additional comments?
If a diverse selection of regional accents doesn't do it for you, don't bother!Poor Narration
