incorporating tiny steps which is easy to do !

I'm really enjoying this audio-book, learning so much, integrating tiny steps that are easy to do, because the principles are explained clearly. I learned how beautiful and useful my Doha is from the writers, I found it easier and quicker to do it on the spot and get a very precise answer.

Learning about my body!

Half way through this audio book and it's all so interesting! Know what Doha aim has always left me cold and bloated, and why salads and cold smoothies have! I tried to be "clean," and always had the feeling of crap left. It makes so much sense to think about what's right for my body time!!! Thanks for the love I have for Ayurveda

Good intro

I’ve been doing yoga for years and finally reached the point where I wanted to learn more about ayurveda, so this was my first official intro to it. The content is good, however the audio clips were not arranged together perfectly; there were a few spots where the track played itself again and other spots where it seems something was clipped out. Overall effect was, I’m not sure that anyone actually gave this a “final listen” before selling it. Narrator was OK but a bit nasally at times. Altogether a good book but it’s only my first Ayurveda read, and at the least it encouraged me to want to learn more so that’s a good sign.

I couldn’t put this audio-book down. I had a note audio-book by my side decorate things as I listen them in hopes that I’d better retain the amazing information I was listening .
