I enjoyed the narration of Julie Branc

A prehistoric alien that is has been imprisoned for a million years is now free and causing havoc. It drains the electricity and makes it more powerful. As it drains more electricity, the earth is plunged into darkness making humanity more vulnerable than ever.

This is a very promising first installment to a series with very well executed and perfectly paced set pieces, and an intriguing species as the protagonists. The narration is perfectly paced and infectious and leaves you fervently wanting more at the installment's conclusion.

Absolutely loved this story it is immersing and a very diverse thriller/horror story gives elderich vibes or clover field but it holds it's own identity thankfully there's more books in the series to dig into

It's such a great book. A very interesting permise with great characters. A perfect combination of depth and detailing makes this book stand out. I'm very much looking forward to listening to more in this series.
