The author’s vulnerability, sensitivity and insight, combined with her compassionate writing created a safe space for me to explore my attachment style and begin my journey toward self-love and healing. Obviously the title means this book is geared more towards those with anxious attachment, but this book is an excellent resource for anyone trying to get a better understanding of attachment and relationships. Jessica Baum reads this herself and is a good narrator.
