This book is going to help you learn more about any possible predisposition you may have for chronic inflammation. An open minded look at our dinner plates

Lets face it, it may be the 21st century but our eating habits have regressed. I have no idea why food manufacturers insist on packing so much sugar and salt into our food, but I do do know that it is the reason why obesity has become epidemic. And this book offers the perfect panacea against terrible takeaways and dodgy dinners. Recommended.

A Motivating Revelation

As someone whose jumped from diet to meal replacement drink all my life, the Anti Inflammation diet is the hope I have been searching for. Standing heads and shoulders above other diets, this straight forward look into the benefits of eating more of the clean 15 - and less salt/sugar/fat - is the sensible information you already kind of knew, but didn’t listen to. Excellent book.

Loved.

Loved.

I’ve tried a couple of different diets already

I’ve tried a couple of different diets already this year alone, but none of them have been as straightforward as the Anti Inflammatory diet. The authors have carefully side-stepped the complex and have broken things down into an easy to follow formula that is less about restriction and more about choosing low fat low sugar food swaps and alternatives.

This turned out to be a very helpful diet plan.

This turned out to be a very helpful diet plan. I thought I would be getting a basic cookbook — and there are plenty of recipes in the last few chapters — but what I ended up getting was a whole lesson on how to turn your grocery shop into a life-saver and turn the ‘clean 15’ into your own inflammation-beating meal plan.
