This was one of the more complete books (about overhauling your diet) that I’ve come across. And despite the narrators delivery being quite smooth and energetic, I don’t think any amount of energy could inject excitement into having to listen to an endless list of recipe instructions :S

If you have ever suffered from chronic inflammation you’ll know that one of the first things your doctors will likely recommend is a change to your diet. That is why the Anti Inflammation Diet is so useful for people who suffer from the side-effects of inflammation, and if that is the case for you, I highly recommend this book.
