Story
Within hours of the first outbreak, Manhattan was overrun by the living dead. Within a few days, the undead had reached every corner of the globe. There was no evacuation of Northern Ireland, and no quarantine in the Republic. A naval blockade prevented ships from docking, but they didn't prevent those who could reach the coast from fleeing by sea. Those who were left behind took refuge in castles, police stations, churches, military bases, and any other buildings with strong walls.

Story
Even after the apocalypse, crimes must be solved. In 2019, the AIs went to war. It lasted three days, until the electromagnetic pulse from hundreds of nuclear bombs destroyed the infected circuits. Billions of people succumbed to radiation, starvation, and disease. But millions survived, and they rebuilt. Twenty years later, a ceremony is being held to mark the first transatlantic broadcast since the Blackout. The Prime Minister of Britain and two of the Presidents of the United States will speak to an audience of nearly 10 million people. Not all are celebrating. Crime is on the rise, and power is once again a prize worth murdering for. Ruth Deering, a new graduate from the police academy, doesn't care about ancient history or current affairs. She only joined the force to escape the smog-infested city. Those hopes are dashed when she is assigned to the Serious Crimes Unit, commanded by the disgraced Sergeant Mitchell. Her first case seems like a simple murder, but the investigation uncovers a counterfeiting ring and a conspiracy that threatens to destroy their fragile democracy.

Story
When the end of the world arrived, it came not with a bang, as most expected, but with more of a "pfft" instead. Humanity has been torn asunder and brought to the edge of total annihilation in less than an hour. For those who died, it was a quick death, so fast that their brains didn't have time to process the pain signals from their nerves. For those who survived, the true horror is about to begin as they struggle to not only stay alive, but come to grips with the shocking realization about what - and who - was responsible.

It was just a random mutation - one of a billion that happen in viruses every day. But this one was different. It exploded out of Somalia and spread across the oceans before anybody thought to look up from their cell phones to see what was going on. The infected breathed the virus into the air around them, spreading it through the cities faster than anyone thought possible. Hospitals were overwhelmed. Police lines crumbled. Quarantine sites disintegrated. Cities started to collapse.

Story
It was meant to change the world. To cure the incurable and rebuild the broken. In the right hands, the organism known as Chimera had the potential to alter the course of human civilization for the better. Instead it was abused, rushed. The resulting outbreak caused the dead to rise and shattered everything man had built.
Summary
Trapped. Alone. Unconcerned.
Eight months after the outbreak, Bill Wright is trapped in Ireland. Surrounded by the undead, low on food and lower on water, he's been in this situation before. Unlike before, help is only a rifle-shot away. While waiting for the rescue he is sure will come, he records the turbulent events since his last entry.
The Welsh island of Anglesey has become a sanctuary for survivors from across the zombie-infested world. It has electricity, wheat, and not much else. Medicines and ammunition, seeds and fertilizer, books and batteries, and so much more are needed if this last bastion of civilization is to survive. Scavenging expeditions depart for Svalbard, Liverpool, and the southern Atlantic, but a discovery is made far nearer, one which will change the fate of all those who have come to call Anglesey home.
Set on Anglesey, in Bangor and Caernarfon, and in the Republic of Ireland, this is the next volume of Bill Wright's journals. Please note that there is a two-part prequel which chronicles Sholto's escape from an undead America: Infected (Here We Stand, book one) and Divided (book two) are available as audiobooks now.

Whodunnit zombiestyle 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Frank Tayell's zombie apocalypse just keeps getting better. This time he entertains us yet again with all the zombie killing action you'd ever want- now set in a genuine whodunnit that takes place in a remote Irish location. All our beloved characters are back and we so want them to survive. Tim Bruce's narration is flawless.
Zombie Apocalypse for the thinking man. Best of it's kind.

Just wow!
These books are so captivating. I have an intrested in all characters. The way their stories cross, or match up, time lines cross is just amazing. I have a whole world painted in my head, that would be horrifying to be a part of. But fantastic story telling, every time i get to the end of 1 book I have to have the next lined up ready. Just wow!
